Among fan favorites, we were thrilled to welcome several new faculty including Sham-e-Ali Nayeem, Jan Beatty, Nicole Callihan, Jiordan Castle, Tyrese L. Coleman, Libby Cudmore, Sam Heaps, Darla Himeles and Heather Lanier. BONUS: Peter E. Murphy was available to select as a feedback session preference for his classic Poetry Incubator.

Peter Murphy matched $5,000 in donations toward scholarships! We exceeded our goal of offering at least 10 scholarship seats.
Writers were able to get their Getaway Bookstore purchases signed at this event, as well as sign their own books they brought to sell.
